Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PianoSpeed London Limited, part of the Pianospeed Group, handles your personal data for pianostorage.co.uk. We are the data controller. Last updated June 2026.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, collection address and postcode, details about your piano and access, and the dates you choose. Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To arrange and carry out your collection, storage and re-delivery.
To take the agreed recurring storage payment and send receipts.
To contact you about your booking, including your collection window and billing.
To keep records we are required to keep, such as for accounting and insurance.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with Stripe (payments), our email provider (booking confirmations), and our operations systems used to schedule and track your piano. We do not sell your data. We do not market to you without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and storage records for as long as your piano is with us and for as long afterwards as the law and our insurers require, then we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email storage@pianospeed.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
