We want booking storage to feel low-risk. This policy sits alongside our storage terms. Last updated June 2026.
If you cancel before we collect your piano, you get a full refund of everything you have paid, including the collection fee and the first storage period. Just email storage@pianospeed.com with your booking reference.
There is no fixed term. You can end your storage at any time by booking a re-delivery or telling us in writing. Your four-weekly storage charge stops at the end of the period in which the piano leaves our care. The collection fee and storage already provided are not refundable, because the work has been done.
If a recurring storage payment fails, we will contact you to update your card before anything else happens. Your piano stays safe with us throughout.
Re-delivery is a separate, optional service quoted when you are ready. You are never tied into it and you choose the date.
Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within a few working days. Contact storage@pianospeed.com or call 020 7164 0000 with any question.
