Because everything is logged against your booking, we know exactly which piano is yours and how it was protected, so it comes back out the way it went in.

The piano is moved on proper equipment, secured for the journey, taken into the climate-controlled facility and logged against your booking.

A general unit is a sealed box with no humidity or temperature management, handled by whoever you hire to move the piano in and out. We are part of the Pianospeed Group, so specialist piano crews handle the whole job, the facility is climate-controlled, monitored and pest-controlled, and your instrument is insured from collection to return.
