Collection day
We collect across Surrey on Wednesdays, the same day we run London, which keeps the route efficient and the price sensible. We confirm a three-hour target window the day before so you can plan your day. If a Wednesday will not work for you, we can arrange an off-day collection for an additional charge.
Many Surrey homes have a few steps up to the front door, a split level, or a piano on a first floor. Any stair or difficult access is priced clearly in the booking before you confirm.
