Most people who need to store a piano are in the middle of something else. A house move, a renovation, time abroad, a family estate to settle. The last thing you want is to organise a separate collection, a separate store and a separate return. We do all three as one service.
Trained piano crews collect the instrument from where it stands now. It is wrapped, protected and taken into a facility built to keep pianos stable. When you want it back, one message books the re-delivery and the same kind of crew brings it home and sets it where you want it.

A piano is not a sofa. It is wood, felt and several tonnes of string tension that all respond to their surroundings. Stored badly it cracks, warps, rusts and drifts out of tune. Stored well it comes back the way it left.

Yes. The facility holds steady temperature and humidity year round. That is what protects a piano from the cracking, warping, rust and tuning problems that come from big swings, and it is the main reason owners store with a specialist rather than a general self-store unit.
No. There is no fixed term. You pay for the time you use, whether that is a few weeks during a move or several years, and you arrange re-delivery whenever suits you.
Yes. Your instrument is fully insured throughout, from the moment we collect it, through its time in storage, to the day we re-deliver it. The facility is monitored around the clock.
We cover GB mainland and Belfast. Every postcode area has one set collection day each week, and we confirm a 3-hour target window the day before so you are not waiting around.
Yes. As well as uprights, baby grands and concert grands, we store digital pianos, keyboards, organs, synths, drum kits, guitars, amplifiers and other music equipment, so a whole music room can be stored together.
